Service Scope

We provide international freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and shipping services. All services are subject to availability and capacity constraints.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate cargo information and documentation
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations
• Properly package and label shipments
• Pay all applicable fees and charges on time

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service agreements. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Trading Terms

All oil trading transactions are subject to market conditions, availability, and regulatory compliance. Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations.

Quality Standards

All petroleum products meet international quality standards and specifications. Quality certificates and inspection reports are provided upon request.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual contracts. We accept various payment methods including letters of credit, bank transfers, and other internationally recognized instruments.

AML/KYC Requirements

We maintain strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All clients must provide required identification and business documentation.

Export/Import Compliance

All transactions comply with Thai export-import regulations and international trade laws. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and permits in their jurisdictions.

Sanctions Compliance

We do not engage in transactions with sanctioned entities or countries. All business is conducted in accordance with international sanctions regulations.

Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice.

Third-Party Services

We may engage third-party carriers, agents, and service providers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Arbitration

Parties may agree to resolve disputes through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute or other mutually agreed arbitration body.
